Acceptable Use Policy
Student to Scholar is a family learning workspace. These boundaries protect students, families, publishers, and the reliability of the service.

Respect family boundaries
Access only the family workspace and student records you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate another person, share credentials with unauthorized people, bypass roles, or attempt to discover another family’s information.
Protect children and personal information
Do not use the service to exploit, endanger, harass, profile, or contact a child outside the family-managed educational relationship. Do not enter passwords, government identifiers, financial information, medical records, or other unnecessary personal information into AI-assisted features.
Use AI assistance thoughtfully
AI features are planning and help tools, not a replacement for administrator judgment. Do not use them to generate harmful, deceptive, discriminatory, or unlawful content. Review proposed schedules, extracted data, and guidance before relying on them.
Respect curriculum and creative rights
Upload or reference only material you are authorized to use. Do not use Student to Scholar to reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or sell protected curriculum content. Shared curriculum records should describe structure and assignments without replacing the publisher’s materials.
Do not disrupt the service
Do not introduce malware, probe security controls, overload services, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer protected systems, manipulate usage limits, or interfere with another user’s access.
Enforcement
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, comply with law, or preserve the service. Good-faith security concerns should be reported to admin@studenttoscholar.com.
